Gospel singer-songwriter  Deaconess Mary Sekyere is an influential figure in Ghanaian Gospel music. Her stage act is the impressive mark of an artist who knows what keeps her immense audience loyal. Her unique blend of intimate worship, high-quality visuals, and his energetic style of ushering congregations into the presence of God is affecting lives worldwide.

The Ghanaian-Uk based singer, Deaconess Mary Sekyere started her music career at her younger age at Church of Pentecost Redemption Assembly, Yenyawoso, Kumasi – Ghana.

Her first group as a singer was called Mighty singers.

Her first album was released on 2004 called “me ye onyame” which means “Am God”. She then released her second album on 2007 which featured Deacon Agyare.

This is a song that attracted the attention of many Ghanaians, the song, “menni nkuguo” which featured Elder Agyare was even used by the Black stars as a victory song.

The album which has ten (10) tracks called “Nhyira” was released on 2018 together with many singles.
